I was invited spur of the moment to join @NicoleHikesalot on an overnight backpack in Washington’s North Cascade National Park. I hiked in solo as Nicole had gone in the day prior. It was almost Labor Day Weekend so permits weren’t easy to come by. Thank you Nicole! The hike begins in the lush, green rainforest ascending 38 switchbacks before opening up to stunning views of snow capped peaks and flowing cascades everywhere the eye could see. It’s a visual feast. I come across Pika’s, Marmots and maybe even a black bear! Join me!
