A new one this week as I’m flying with Vueling Airlines on a short European hop to see what the low-cost carrier experience is really like in 2026.

From a quiet early-morning shuttle between Gatwick’s terminals, to a surprisingly premium-feeling lounge experience, and finally onboard one of Vueling’s Airbus aircraft, this journey delivered more than I expected — and a few things I definitely didn’t.
