Dzukou Valley Trek – The Complete Guide



Dzukou Valley of Nagaland is famous for its scenic beauty and the seasonal bloom of Lily, which happens between June to July.

But my experience of this stunning trek was amazing even in December, during Hornbill festival, as you encounter frozen rivers in the morning which are an experience in itself.

The trek is slightly long, as it takes close to 6 hours in total, including the drive from Kohima to the start of the trek and then around 4-5 hours of trekking, depending on your fitness levels

There is no netwok in Dzukou valley and the easiest way to reach is via the nearest airport…
