Just back from an awesome Trek the Himalayas trip, and let me tell you, footwear matters! Saw some hikers struggling in sporty shoes on the rough terrain. My proper trekking boots were a lifesaver – that ankle support and grip were key. This article nails it: while comfy for everyday, trainers aren’t enough for real trekking.
