My dream of catching some beautiful views of the Himalayas from Munsyari was shattered because of the raging forest fires in Uttarakhand that left a thick haze. This was a huge disappointment, and we had to rack our brains and ask everyone we could for ideas on a next plan of action in terms of a place to ride to next.
