For phase 2 of our ride from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, we opted for a slightly different strategy. Instead of zigzagging our way up North, we opted to hold course on the East and stay as close to the coast as we could at all times. The payoff was that we discovered some of Vietnam’s most scenic coastal roads – meandering roads that reveal breathtaking views around every corner.
