Rajnath Singh says “Firstly I would like to apologise to the press for the 20minutes delay. Just like our major industries have informed you about the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which was signed today. We have signed the MOU with UNOCAL (Union Oil Company of California) and this project is for approximately Rs. 1,500 crores. The state government will play the role of land acquisition, coordination wherever required and we will provide whatever information or statistics are required by UNOCAL….
