Paoli brings more than 20 years of international experience helping startups scale and established companies accelerate sustainably. Most recently, she served as chief growth scientist and co-founder at Growth OS, where she worked with organizations to build impactful growth operating systems.

Throughout her career, Paoli has played key roles in scaling technology companies, including Skyscanner, Preply, Semrush, SoundCloud, and Oda (formerly Kolonial.no). Her work has contributed to significant milestones across these organizations, including 30x revenue acceleration at Skyscanner and triple-digit growth at companies such as Preply and Oda.

A trained growth psychologist, Paoli combines behavioral science with business strategy to help organizations develop strong cultures of continual improvement and high performance. She has built and led international teams of more than 600 people across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, and is widely recognized for her people-first leadership approach that emphasizes learning and long-term sustainable expansion.
