Need some hot tips for hiking in heat? I’ve got you covered in this video! This summer, a historic heat wave rolled through the Pacific Northwest and other parts of the country. If you are going to be hiking in extremely high temperatures, here are some quick tips for staying cool. Remember that I am not a medical professional, so please use caution and consult a doctor before hiking, backpacking or exercising in extreme heat. Stay cool my friends!
