RPM Living joins Airbnb’s Airbnb-friendly Apartment program

RPM Living, one of the largest multifamily property managers in the United States, has joined Airbnb’s Airbnb-friendly program after an initial pilot, expanding responsible, operator-approved hosting across its portfolio.

The Airbnb-friendly Apartment program allows residents in approved buildings to host their homes on Airbnb part-time, while giving property managers visibility, controls, and tools to manage hosting.

RPM Living is already seeing strong results. Ten RPM-managed properties are live on the Airbnb-friendly program, and across those communities, resident earnings from hosting on Airbnb have increased more than 200% year-over-year.¹
