Meeting up with Matt, founder of MyBhutan, the couple checks out one of Matt’s favorite eateries in town, the Peace Restaurant, a tiny restaurant much sought after by on-the-go lunchers of the city for its Tibetan dishes. For lunch, Mark tries out one of the oldest momo restaurants in town, Zombala, a restaurant renowned for its juicy dumplings.
The day concludes with a perfect set of Bhutanese dishes (a mixture of dishes from different regions of Bhutan) at the Bhutan Kitchen restaurant.
